I am a Human Resources Strategist and Leadership Consultant with over 20+ years of experience helping organizations align their people practices with business goals. My work spans mission-driven companies, nonprofits, and academic institutions, where I’ve partnered with leaders to strengthen organizational culture, elevate talent, and lead meaningful change.

I’ve helped leadership teams restructure for agility, coached executives through high-stakes decisions, and implemented systems that enhance engagement and performance across the board.
I hold a Master’s in Dispute Resolution and certifications in Change Management, Diversity Training, and People Analytics. Beyond consulting, I serve on nonprofit boards and mentor the next generation of HR leaders.
